Human health, animal health, and ecosystem health are inextricably linked in a single, fragile balance. In this context, soil is not only the foundation of agriculture but the beating heart of a “circular health” that influences food quality and the resilience of territories. Addressing global challenges therefore requires a paradigm shift that moves beyond isolated sectors and adopts a systemic vision, capable of understanding the connections between environmental well-being and social well-being.
Rural Hack collaborates in the project to promote the One Health approach through education and technological innovation. The goal is to raise awareness among food system stakeholders about the importance of soil health as a starting point for healthy and sustainable food production. Through multidisciplinary training pathways and the integration of scientific data, the project aims to provide practical tools to manage the ecological transition, promoting agricultural practices that protect biodiversity and public health in an integrated way.
