Campania is a territory shaped by a millenary layering of agricultural and cultural knowledge, where land is not merely a productive resource, but a “Mother” that generates identity. However, modernity confronts these roots with complex challenges: from the need for sustainable resource management to the threat of depopulation in inland areas. In this scenario, it is necessary to rediscover the ancestral bond with the soil, reinterpreting it through the lenses of innovation in order to ensure a future for rural communities.
Rural Hack collaborates in the project to promote a new narrative of Campania’s rural heritage, where tradition is not a constraint but a starting point for innovation. The aim is to create territorial development models that place soil care and the enhancement of local biodiversity at the center. Through networking and the conscious use of technology, the project seeks to reconnect people with the agricultural landscape, promoting regenerative farming practices capable of generating economic, social, and cultural value for future generations.
