Women’s leadership in the wine industry is a key driver for the adoption of sustainable practices and for innovation in business models. However, in a market increasingly influenced by emerging technologies, there is a growing need to manage tools such as Artificial Intelligence in a critical and informed manner. The challenge is not only productive, but also cultural: to integrate the sensitivity and vision strategic of women professionals in the sector with the new frontiers of the Data Economy to lead the ecological and digital transition of Campania and the whole of the country.
Rural Hack is collaborating on the project to analyse and promote the synergy between female leadership, sustainability and technological innovation.
